SetPoint Privacy Policy

Introduction

Easy Pick Apps LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SetPoint mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application. SetPoint is a volleyball recording app that burns a real-time scoreboard overlay into your video recordings.

Information We Collect

SetPoint requires access to certain device features to function. The information we access includes:

• Camera and microphone — used to record volleyball games with live scoreboard overlay. Video and audio are processed locally on your device.
• Bluetooth — used to connect a second device as a wireless remote controller. Communication occurs directly between devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) with PIN authentication.
• Save location — used when you choose where recordings should be saved on your device.
• Do Not Disturb access (Android only, optional) — used to silence interruptions while recording when you grant access.
• Match data — team names, team colors, schedules, scores, set results, BLE PINs, recorder identities, and app settings are stored locally on your device.

How We Use Your Information

All core functionality is processed locally on your device. We use the information we access to:

• Record video with a burned-in scoreboard overlay using your device camera
• Enable wireless remote control between two devices via Bluetooth
• Sync teams, schedules, score changes, camera controls, recorder status, and preview snapshots between paired devices
• Save recordings to the folder you choose and help recover unsaved local videos
• Generate match summary text and score-card images for sharing
• Store your match schedules, team rosters, and game settings locally

Data Storage

SetPoint stores app data locally on your device. Recordings are saved to the folder you choose. Temporary recordings may remain on the device so SetPoint can help recover unsaved videos after an interrupted save. App settings and preferences, including BLE PINs, saved recorder identities, team data, and scheduled matches, are stored in local app storage. We do not operate servers that collect or store your data.

Third-Party Services

SetPoint does not require an account, cloud service, live-streaming service, analytics service, advertising network, or Easy Pick Apps server to use its core features. If you use your device's share sheet to share a video or match summary, the destination app or service you choose handles that shared content under its own privacy policy.

Bluetooth Communication

When using the remote control feature, two devices communicate directly via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) using L2CAP channels. Connection requires a 4-digit PIN for authentication. Data exchanged includes game state, teams, schedules, score changes, set results, serving team, camera settings, recorder battery and storage status, navigation events, and preview snapshots. Bluetooth data is not transmitted to Easy Pick Apps servers.

Children's Privacy

SetPoint is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Your Rights

Since SetPoint stores its app data locally on your device, you have control over it. You can:

• Delete recordings, recovered videos, saved teams, schedules, or match data from your device
• Move or remove recording files from folders you control
• Change or clear app preferences through SetPoint or your device settings
• Uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
